Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
International Shipping We ship internationally via DHL Express and FedEx. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at talvarado@agapebeauty.us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
